* You’ll want to be a member of this club. The massive Nolita restaurant Chefs Club — a space for rotating chefs from around the world to serve their dishes in one chic space — is opening a smaller, cheaper, fast-casual outpost called Chefs Club Counter nearby (62 Spring St.) on Friday. Featured dishes include breakfast sandwiches from West Coast-based mini-chain Eggslut; a burger from Jean-Georges Vongerichten; Duck Rice from George Mendes and more. The 56-seat space is designed to look like a posh cafeteria.
